| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Parent / guardian | Everything about their own children; controls consent, topics, export and deletion |
| Child | Their own missions, passport and bookings in kid mode — started by a guardian |
| Credit union (sponsor) | Aggregate program metrics with suppression; seat usage. Never answers, reflections or child profiles |
| Facilitator | For their own sessions: first name, age band, attendance, accommodation requests |
| Innorve | What is needed to operate, support and improve the service, under contract and least privilege |
A parent or guardian creates every child profile and records consent before it can be used. Children can't sign up or sign in on their own; a guardian starts kid mode, and leaving it needs the household PIN. Designed with COPPA's consent, minimization and deletion principles in mind.
Progress is kept for the life of a profile plus 90 days, reflections until you delete them, and Money Lab attendance for 12 months (pending legal sign-off). A scheduled daily job applies this policy. Guardians can export or delete data in-product at any time — no need to contact sales or the credit union.
AI assists Innorve staff in drafting and checking curriculum. Children never chat with an AI — they only receive reviewed missions built from constrained structures. Automated checks never replace human approval.
Facilitators follow escalation procedures for disclosures of harm, abuse, financial abuse or crisis. The app is education, not therapy or counseling. Harmful or incorrect content can be unpublished immediately while its history is preserved.
Read-aloud on every mission screen, tap-to-choose responses, keyboard navigation, high-contrast colors and reduced-motion support. English (US) today; Spanish (US) planned.
